Background

This Government Taskforce was established to coordinate and manage the logistics of hosting an international forum attended by world leaders, as well as thousands of delegates, support personnel and the international media.

Our Role

richardson:o'rourke was engaged to deliver independent business evaluation services.

We conducted forensic investigation through an organisational audit on the management structure and processes of the Taskforce.

Outcomes

The evaluation defined key responsibilities and recommended organisational changes, process improvements, the development of key business management, documents, and the establishment of a project office to facilitate integration between functional areas. The recommendations of the final report were implemented in full, as an integral component in the preparation for the international forum.
